Smoked Salmon Bagel

I could eat this every day and never get sick of it. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I always have fresh smoked salmon from Tasman in my fridge for this reason. 

After sharing this obsession of mine multiple times on stories here is the super easy recipe as promised.

Smoked Salmon Bagel

Crunchy fresh bagel, fresh delicious smoked salmon, creamy cream cheese, salty cucumber, sliced red onion and fresh dill, oh what perfection!

Ingredients

  • Sourdough or bagel toasted
  • Smoked salmon
  • Cream cheese
  • Dijon mustard
  • Red onion - thinly sliced
  • Pickles of choice - thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill
  • Spinach or lettuce
  • Fresh lime or lemon

Instructions

Method
  1. Toast bread, butter if you want and let cool slightly
  2. Add in this order -
  3. cream cheese (be generous)
  4. little mustard,
  5. spinach,
  6. cucumber sprinkled with salt (think crunchy, fresh, salty)
  7. sliced pickles (if using)
  8. salmon
  9. red onion dill and then a squeeze of lime.
  10. Feel free to top with other piece of toasted bagel or leave open
