- 4 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 capsicum (optional)

Instructions
Thermomix Method
- Add onion, garlic, capsicum and herbs to Thermomix and blend 3 seconds/speed 7
- Add all other ingredients and cook 20 minutes/115 degrees/speed 1. Place splash guard instead of measuring cup on the top so sauce can reduce. (If using TM5 or TM31 out basket on the lid)
- Once cooked put the measuring cup back in and blend speed 6 for a few seconds
- Done! Let cool and then put into airtight containers and keep in the fridge for a few days or freezer for up to 2 months.
Stove Top Method
- Dice onion, garlic, capsicum and herbs nice and small and add to saucepan with oil and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
- Add all other ingredients and cook for 20 minutes on low - stirring every few minutes.
- Once cooked - let cool and then you can blend in a food processor or stick blender if you want until smooth.
- Let cool and then put into airtight containers and keep in fridge for a few days or freezer up to 2 months.
