Crunchy, caramely, chocolatey, salty goodness! Something a little fun, easy and sooo delicious.

Ingredients

  • 250g packet of Salada biscuits or 300g pretzels or half/half (or whatever salty biscuits you want)
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 250g butter
  • 360g milk chocolate - (not choc chips!)
  • Toppings - M&M, sprinkles, salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Place baking paper down on a large tray (45cmx32cm roughly) and break up your biscuits on top. If you use pretzels, crush some of them a little.
  2. Place sugar and butter into a saucepan and stir to melt then bring to the boil. Let boil for 2-3 mins, being careful not to burn.
  3. Stir and carefully pour over biscuits and spread out.
  4. Place into a 180 degree oven for 6-8 mins or until bubbling. Break up chocolate and place on top. Let melt and then spread out. Top with your choice of toppings, let cool and then into fridge to set completely.
  5. Break or cut into desired pieces and enjoy!
  6. Store in fridge.
